About Chevrolet Traverse
The 2026 Chevy Traverse offers just a few changes over the 2025 model year, including introduction of the Key Card feature, allowing users to lock, unlock, and start the vehicle with a card instead of needing the traditional keyfob, and the addition of two new paint options. Check out everything that’s new and different.
Here are the 2026 Traverse paint colors, the interior colorways, and available wheels.
The Chevy Traverse has great seats, according to a study.
The turbocharged 2.5L I4 LK0 gasoline engine continues as the sole powertrain choice, which develops 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque. The 2026 Traverse gets fuel economy rating changes over the 2025 model, though very minor. The Traverse can tow up to 5,000 pounds.
The Traverse’s front wheels are driven by an eight-speed automatic transmission as standard. All-wheel drive is available as a “regular” system on all trim levels, while the Z71 trim level exclusively sports an “off-road-capable” twin-clutch system.
Pricing for the 2026 Traverse shows the entry-level LT trim starting at $42,695, while the Z71 starts at $50,795, the High Country at $56,995, and the range-topping RS at $57,295. Naturally, AWD comes standard on the Z71, but it’s a $2,000 option on every other trim level. They include a destination freight charge (DFC) that jumped up $400 to $1,895 for 2026. Here is pricing with options and packages.
