The 2026 Chevy Suburban introduces a few notable updates and changes following the refreshed 2025 Chevy Suburban.
Options debuting for the 2026 Suburban include a new RST Dark Essentials Package, a new Cabin Glance camera system and a new Key Card feature. The RST Dark Essentials Package adds more black exterior trim and 24-inch Black wheels. Cabin Glance allows the driver to monitor backseat activity through the infotainment scree. And the GM Key Card technology is a credit card-sized key that can lock, unlock, and start the SUV.
The three powertrain offerings for the 2026 Suburban remain unchanged from the 2025 model year. It starts with the naturally aspirated 5.3L V8 L84 gasoline engine as standard, rated at 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque, followed by the more potent 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine with 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet. Finally, there’s the 3.0L I6 LZ0 turbodiesel Duramax, which delivers 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque.
Pricing for the 2026 Chevy Suburban starts at $65,995 for the base LS trim level with rear-wheel drive. The range-topping High Country trim begins at $85,995, priced very close to the 2026 GMC Yukon Denali. Pricing is up $850 to $1,200 depending on trim.
