NAPA Australia confirms new deal with Sprintcar champion James McFadden

Melbourne, Australia – Australian Sprintcar legend James McFadden will continue as a NAPA  ambassador into the new speedway season this year.

McFadden will continue to drive for Team Brady Racing in 2026/27, with as many as 30 events expected to fill his Sprintcar commitments.

His final 2026/27 schedule awaits date confirmation, but he will contest the lucrative High Limits Racing in Perth, plus the prestigious Grand Annual Classic in Warrnambool and the Australian Title, to be held in Toowoomba early next year.

The 37-year-old will represent NAPA at events that will soon be confirmed.

McFadden has established himself as a modern titan of Australian Sprintcar racing, boasting an elite resume both in Australia and the United States.

The Northern Territory-born fan-favourite is a three-time Australian Sprintcar Champion and Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic winner, cementing him amongst the greats on the clay.

He was also a winner on the opening night of competition at the NAPA Speedway last year, held on a temporary track within the Adelaide street circuit precinct.

Beyond his triumphs on home soil, McFadden has consistently proven his world-class speed in the United States. Competing full-time in North America for a number of seasons, he earned 12 victories in the World of Outlaws and four in High Limits Racing.

McFadden and NAPA have enjoyed a strong relationship since 2023, during which he competed with Hodges Motorsport for three seasons and secured a number of race wins.

McFadden is a feature guest at the 2026 Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo today, alongside one of his NAPA Sprintcars.
