Jeep® continues to expand its sales and after-sales service network throughout Türkiye in line with its goal of providing the highest quality service to its users. In this context, Jeep® continues its investments without slowing down and opened eight new sales and service points in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Antalya, Tekirdağ, Samsun and Sivas. Drawing attention with their modern architecture, perfect service approach and premium service quality, Jeep®’s sales network in Turkey has increased to 28 points and its service network to 31 points, together with Mar Grup (Eyüpsultan), Erkay Otomotiv (Mahmutbey) in Istanbul, Kartaş Otomotiv in Ankara, Baykar in Bursa, Bilaller in Antalya, Haliç Oto in Tekirdağ, Demir Otomotiv in Samsun and OFZ Otomotiv in Sivas. Jeep® Brand Director Selim Eskinazi said, “These investments are an important indicator of our goal of bringing the passion for Jeep® to more users in different regions of Türkiye. In the coming period, we will continue to strengthen our dealer network throughout Turkey with our premium service approach that centers on customer satisfaction.”

Jeep®, the global symbol of adventure, freedom and passion, increases the number of automobiles on Turkish roads with its innovative products and expands its sales and after-sales service network throughout Türkiye. In this context, Jeep® Türkiye, the brand’s growth move, continues to strengthen its dealer network spread across Turkey with eight new points. Having opened eight new dealers in seven provinces, Jeep® started both sales and after-sales service activities with its new dealers opened in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Antalya, Tekirdağ, Samsun and Sivas. With the eight new dealers commissioned, the number of Jeep® sales points in Türkiye reaches 28, while authorized service is offered at 31 points. Commenting on the subject, Jeep Brand Director Selim Eskinazi said, “As Jeep®, we support our growth strategy in Türkiye not only with our strong product range, but also with the quality experience we offer at every point where our users come into contact with the brand. We have increased our sales network to 28 points and our authorized service network to 31 points with the eight new dealers and service points we opened in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Antalya, Tekirdağ, Samsun and Sivas. These investments increase the passion for Jeep®. “It is an important indicator of our goal to bring together more users in different regions of Türkiye. In the coming period, we will continue to strengthen our dealer network throughout Türkiye with our service approach that centers on customer satisfaction.”

New sales and service points centering on customer experience
Jeep® strengthened its Turkey network with dealers Mar Grup (Eyüpsultan), Erkay Otomotiv (Mahmutbey) in Istanbul, Kartaş Otomotiv in Ankara, Baykar in Bursa, Bilaller in Antalya, Haliç Oto in Tekirdağ, Demir Otomotiv in Samsun and OFZ Otomotiv in Sivas.
New sales and service points were designed in accordance with the brand’s current corporate identity standards, with a modern architectural approach and a structure that prioritizes customer experience. The new showrooms, located in locations with good access and close to the target audience, offer Jeep® customers a comfortable, privileged experience that reflects the brand’s premium service approach. On the sales side, expert teams who have gone through special training programs are employed to maintain the ongoing high process satisfaction scores of the Jeep® brand with the same determination.
In after-sales services, with the newly opened facilities, the total annual vehicle acceptance capacity increases by approximately 17 thousand units. Thus, Jeep® increases its accessibility in both sales and after-sales services in Türkiye, while further strengthening its service quality centered on customer satisfaction.
