Taking a broader view of the performance of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, the report presents Doğuş Otomotiv’s transformation within the mobility ecosystem through strong and measurable results. Key achievements in 2025 included generating TL 257 million in operational efficiency through 133 digital projects, expanding D-Charge to 621 charging points across 45 provinces, meeting 75.83% of the Şekerpınar Logistics Centre’s electricity needs through solar power, and increasing the company’s corporate governance rating to 9.81.
Published at a time when the automotive industry is being reshaped by electrification, digital technologies, new business models and changing customer expectations, the 2025 report demonstrates how Doğuş Otomotiv is preparing for this transformation and how it plans to carry its strong position in the mobility sector into the future. The report evaluates the company’s business model and value chain alongside developments in financial performance, electrification, digitalisation, climate management, human resources, community engagement and corporate governance.
“We aim to play an active role in the mobility ecosystem of the future”
Doğuş Otomotiv Chairman and CEO E. Ali Bilaloğlu commented on the company’s role in the transformation of the mobility ecosystem:

“Mobility is no longer limited to vehicle ownership; it is evolving into a holistic ecosystem managed together with energy, data, software, charging infrastructure, customer experience, after-sales services and circular economy practices. As Doğuş Otomotiv, we are not content simply to observe this transformation; we aim to play an active role in the mobility ecosystem of the future. Our 2025 performance demonstrates that we have been able to advance our strong financial structure, digital capabilities, investments in electric mobility, human resources and governance approach within the same value-creation model. Drawing strength from our heritage, we will continue to be a company that manages change, anticipates the direction of transformation and takes responsibility for shaping tomorrow.”

Digital projects generated TL 257 million in operational efficiency
Digital transformation was one of the strongest areas of Doğuş Otomotiv’s 2025 performance. The number of completed digital projects covering customer experience, artificial intelligence, data analytics, robotic process automation and IoT-based logistics applications reached 133. These projects generated TL 257 million in operational efficiency.
A total of 2,844 ideas were submitted throughout the year through the Idea Platform, which enables employees to directly contribute to process improvements. Of these, 601 ideas were implemented, generating TL 175 million in project returns.
The company also launched its Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence to ensure that AI applications are managed according to common corporate standards. AsistOn, a generative AI-powered solution designed to provide employees with faster access to corporate information, was introduced, while a machine-learning-based early-warning mechanism was developed to support the retention of critical talent.
Climate initiatives expanded across the value chain
In 2025, Doğuş Otomotiv expanded the scope of its climate initiatives to include suppliers, logistics processes, its Authorised Dealer and Service network, charging services and the vehicle-use phase. Approximately 98% of Scope 3 emissions were included in the calculation scope, establishing an important foundation for managing value-chain emissions in a more systematic and traceable manner.
The Solar Power Plant installed at the Şekerpınar Logistics Centre generated 4,382,500 kWh of electricity in 2025, meeting 75.83% of the facility’s electricity needs.
As part of the report, Doğuş Otomotiv Servis ve Ticaret A.Ş. also announced its targets of reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 20% by 2030, compared with the 2021 baseline, and transitioning to 100% renewable energy sources for electricity consumption.
