Maria Grazia Davino, who most recently served as Regional Director at BYD Europe and previously held senior positions at Stellantis and Lamborghini, will join Ford Europe as Vice President of Sales, effective October 1, 2026.
Davino will report directly to Jim Baumbick, President of Ford Europe, and will be responsible for managing sales operations across the region and overseeing all commercial activities, including retail sales, the dealer network and distribution.
According to Ford, the appointment is aimed at “strengthening its European leadership team, accelerating the transformation of its business and placing greater focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience across the region.”
Previously, Davino served as Regional General Manager at BYD Europe, where she led operations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Nordic countries, successfully developing the brand in each market.
Before joining BYD in December 2024, Maria Grazia Davino spent more than a decade at Stellantis, holding a number of senior executive positions. In 2023, she was appointed CEO and Managing Director of Stellantis UK, capping a career at FCA and Fiat that began in 2011.
Davino began her career at Automobili Lamborghini in 2003 after earning a degree in Communications from the University of Salerno. She became the company’s Sales Operations Manager in 2007. In 2004, she also earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Controlling from Profingest Business School in Bologna.
