In the long-distance winter range test conducted by the German automobile club ADAC, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron performance became the model with the longest range of the test with a range of 441 kilometers on a single charge. The results once again demonstrate Audi’s strong position in electric mobility, especially in the fields of long distance, winter conditions and 800V architecture.
Electric mobility has passed an important test in terms of long-distance performance in harsh winter conditions. German automobile club ADAC announced the results of its long-distance winter range test covering 14 different electric family cars. Fast speeds are limited to 20 minutes each at an average temperature of 0°C, at highway speeds, and only when the vehicle’s battery has reached a low level that cannot be used at highway speeds. with charging breaks In the test, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron performance, which took its first charging break at the 441st km of its route, was at the top of the list in low temperatures.

441 Kilometers on a Single Charge: Reference in Long Distance Performance
In the test carried out by ADAC, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron performance achieved a range of 441 kilometers at real highway speeds and winter conditions. In the test scenario simulated based on the Munich-Berlin route, the vehicle recorded a continuous driving time of 3 hours and 49 minutes with an average speed of 116 km/h on the 518 km route, which started by being fully charged, and based on this data, it was at the top of the list with a range of 441 km.

This result clearly differentiated the Audi A6 Avant e-tron performance model from other models in the test in terms of “range predictability”, which is one of the most important expectations of electric vehicle users, especially on long-distance journeys. According to ADAC data, while most of the 14 models in the test needed two charging breaks to complete the same track, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron perfromance completed this challenging scenario with a single stop. It stood out as one of the limited edition models.
Efficiency that Reduces Range Anxiety in Winter Conditions
In the test carried out at an average outdoor temperature of 0°C, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron achieved a consumption value of 23.2 kWh per 100 kilometers. According to the ADAC report, while there is an increase in consumption in cold weather conditions compared to WLTP data, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron performance keeps this difference at a relatively low level. was among the striking factors in the test..
The achieved performance revealed that Audi focuses not only on range value but also on energy management and efficiency optimization in its electric mobility approach. Results obtained under test conditions combining cold weather, highway speed and real traffic scenarios showed that the Audi A6 Avant e-tron offers a stable and reliable driving experience during winter months.
800V Architecture Redefines the Long Distance Experience
In the ADAC report, particular attention was drawn to the advantages provided by 800V infrastructure as an important point of differentiation among modern electric vehicle architectures. Thanks to its 800V architecture, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron performance reached the best value in the test, gaining a range of approximately 300 kilometers in a 20-minute fast charging session.
The report emphasized that models with 800V infrastructure provide a significant time advantage in long-distance use with their high charging speeds, while it was stated that some models with 400V architecture exhibited lower charging performance under the same conditions. It was supported by the test results that the Audi A6 Avant e-tron performance model offers a smoother driving experience with shorter breaks on long journeys.
Audi Engineering in Electric Mobility
The results from ADAC’s long-distance winter range test reveal that Audi’s vision of electric mobility has found concrete response in real use conditions. Range confidence in long-distance use, high efficiency in winter conditions and the fast charging advantage offered by the 800V architecture support the strong position and claim of the Audi A6 Avant e-tron in electric mobility with concrete data.
Realistic test scenarios and data obtained by an independent institution show that Audi’s electric models offer performance that meets expectations not only in laboratory conditions but also in daily use.
