Antonelli passes and runs away Andrea Kimi Antonelli won the Sprint of the Grand Prix at Silverstone. The world championship leader got off to a good start, but polesitter Lewis Hamilton managed to resist and keep the lead. Hamilton tried to pull away in the first phase of the race, then halfway through the Sprint Antonelli started to show up in the mirrors of the Ferrari SF-26 number #44. The overtaking came on the Hangar straight towards Stowe, Antonelli passed Hamilton who was unable to do anything to counter the Italian driver’s action. The data collected in real time by our Federico Albano highlighted that there was a 26 km/h difference between Antonelli and Hamilton. Obviously Antonelli was also in favor of overtake mode.
