For McLaren, Lambiase said no to the role of team principal at Aston Martin

McLaren won a real auction around the name of Lambiase and according to what was reported by Sky Sports UK the team most affected by having lost the race for the Red Bull man is Lawrence Stroll’s Aston Martin. Stroll, in fact, had offered Lambiase the role of team principal, but Max Verstappen’s current right-hand man declined Aston Martin’s offer, preferring the papaya color as the next – very rich – chapter of his adventure in F1.
