The Canadian Grand Prix has been an event valid as a test of the Formula 1 World Championship since 1967. The race is currently held on the Montreal Circuit, on the artificial island of Notre-Dame, named after the driver Gilles Villeneuve. In 2001 it obtained the Race Promoters’ Trophy from Formula One Management as the best organized grand prix of the season. Canadian GP Roll of Honor
