And repeating himself at Russell’s house is a thought that tickles him. Antonelli’s words “I am very excited, I think this is one of the best weekends of the season, with one of the most beautiful circuits and a fantastic crowd. I hope it will be a good weekend: the car is very competitive, but obviously we expect Red Bull, McLaren and Ferrari to also be in contention for the top positions”, this is Antonelli’s comment. “The momentum is still on my side, of course. I have a big fire inside me, because I think the last two races didn’t go well, considering the pace we had,” he added. “In Barcelona the race was going well, but we had that technical problem; in Austria I felt very good in the car, but in qualifying I relaxed a bit too much and wasn’t able to get the most out of the car and the tyres. Then obviously there was the issue of the yellow flag which George handled well and I didn’t. At the Red Bull Ring I lost the race in the first laps, where I went off the track and had problems with the brakes, losing a lot of time; without all this, I would have had a better chance of fighting for the victory or at least for second place. Now I want to put everything together and get the best result possible.”
