He Started His Career at Pirelli
Tuğba Başaran, who completed her undergraduate education at Kadir Has University, Department of Computer Engineering, started her professional career at Pirelli.
Başaran, who worked in the field of Network and System Management, later gained experience in different fields by assuming responsibility in sales systems and commercial marketing processes. He worked at Pirelli for approximately nine years.
Over 10 Years of Experience at Prometeon
Başaran took an active role in the Prometeon restructuring, which started with the separation of Pirelli’s industrial tire operations in 2016, and continued his career under the umbrella of Prometeon.
Başaran, who has been involved in the management of different regions based in Türkiye until today; He assumed various responsibilities in the fields of digital marketing, brand management, corporate communications, sales operations, product management and commercial marketing.
