Solutions implemented in energy efficiency and carbon management issues minimize the environmental impacts of the facility and strengthen its operational performance.
The facility, which had a goal of becoming 50 percent carbon neutral by 2030, reached this goal in 2022. At the same time, it prevents approximately 500 tons of carbon emissions per year by meeting 25 percent of its electricity consumption from solar energy. The remaining electricity consumption is provided entirely from renewable sources with internationally valid renewable energy certificates.
