Just in: the all-new Mercedes-Benz GLC electric and new Mercedes-Benz S-Class arrive at the Mercedes-Benz Studio Sydney

The all-new Mercedes-Benz GLC 400 4MATIC electric and the new Mercedes-Benz S 450 4MATIC are now on display at Mercedes-Benz Studio Sydney, inviting visitors to explore two of the brand’s latest models up close in the heart of the city.

Located at 39 Martin Place, the Studio is an immersive space where Mercedes-Benz design, technology and craftsmanship come together. Open to the public, its evolving vehicle display welcomes customers, enthusiasts and visitors to discover the latest innovations from Mercedes-Benz in an interactive setting.

Bestselling model goes electric: the GLC 400 4MATIC

The all-new GLC 400 4MATIC introduces fully electric power to Mercedes-Benz’s most popular SUV nameplate, combining advanced electric capability with premium comfort and everyday versatility. Its distinctive new design is led by the illuminated grille and athletic AMG Line styling, while a dedicated electric architecture supports a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivering up to 360 kW and 800 Nm, together with a WLTP-tested driving range of up to 630 kilometres[1].

Making its Australian public debut, the display vehicle is finished in the new Lavender Silver metallic paint, offering visitors the first opportunity to view this new finish in Australia. Its exterior is complemented by 21-inch AMG Y-spoke light-alloy wheels, aluminium-look running boards and Night Package styling, which introduces high-gloss black accents and a dark chrome grille element. Inside, the Luxury Package places the seamless 39.1-inch MBUX Hyperscreen at the centre of the cabin, accompanied by an illuminated star pattern in the panoramic roof, climatized front sports seats with massage function and a Burmester high-end 4D surround sound system that can be both heard and felt. The display vehicle also features the Agility and Comfort Package, adding AIRMATIC and rear-axle steering to its specification.

A new chapter for the flagship: the S 450 4MATIC

The new S-Class represents the most comprehensive update delivered within a single S-Class generation, with more than 50 per cent of the vehicle and approximately 2,700 components newly developed, updated or re-engineered. Its stronger visual presence is immediately apparent through a radiator grille approximately 20 per cent larger than before, an illuminated surround with three-dimensional chrome-star detailing, the latest DIGITAL LIGHT headlamp signature, redesigned tail lamp graphics and 20-inch AMG light-alloy wheels.

The Mercedes-Benz S 450 on display is finished in MANUFAKTUR Opalite White Bright, which accentuates its revised exterior design and illuminated details. Inside, the flagship cabin combines the latest generation of MBUX and a 14.4-inch central touchscreen with the refined finish of black Nappa leather upholstery and meticulously considered details throughout, including designer belt buckles in the front and rear. The Comfort PLUS Package further enhances the experience with an MBUX Augmented Reality Head-Up Display, 3D Driver Display and heat- and noise-insulated laminated safety glass. Visitors can also experience the S-Class’s focus on occupant comfort through four-zone THERMOTRONIC climate control with Digital Vent Control, a heated steering wheel, heated front seat belts and heated seats and armrests in both the front and rear.
