German automotive giant Opel is preparing to showcase its vision for the future with its new models and experience-oriented stand concept at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. At the exhibition, where the world premieres of the Opel STX Concept and Opel GSE 27FE will take place, a wide product range extending from the fully electric Corsa GSE, Mokka GSE, and Frontera Electric to the Grandland Electric AWD will also meet visitors. Inspired by German autobahns and designed with five black stripes, the stand brings Opel’s German engineering together with the sporty and dynamic character of GSE. Design details such as the “GSE Yellow Pixel Cube” and “Lightspeed Stripes” highlight the electric performance theme, while visitors can experience the world of Formula E through games and digital technology in the “Pit Stop Experience” area, and closely examine the special Formula E Collection products. Opel will welcome its visitors in Hall 4 at stand number A42 between October 12 and 18. German automotive manufacturer Opel is preparing to host its visitors with a wide product range and a customer experience-oriented stand concept within the scope of the 2026 Paris Motor Show (Mondial de l’Auto 2026). In this context, the brand will host the world premieres of the Opel STX Concept and Opel GSE 27FE at its stand number A42 in Hall 4, while also presenting its fully electric and high-performance models to the appreciation of visitors.

Opel’s stand in Paris is built on a unique architectural understanding inspired by German autobahns. The structure consisting of five black stripes guides visitors throughout the stand while strengthening the feeling of speed, movement, and progress. The stand will feature models representing Opel’s present, as well as new cars that reveal the brand’s vision for the future.
Opel’s future vision takes the stage in Paris
At the press conference to be held on Monday, October 12 at 11:10 AM, Opel CEO Florian Huettl, Opel Vice President of Marketing Rebecca Reinermann, and Opel Design Director Mark Adams will introduce the brand’s innovations in Paris. The Opel Sports Tourer eXperimental Concept, short for STX Concept, which is one of the prominent models of the stand, will make its world premiere in Paris. Revealing the Opel vision for the electric station wagon models of the future, the STX Concept brings German engineering together with emotional design and smart technologies. The concept model also carries important clues regarding the new era starting in Opel’s design approach.
The Opel GSE 27FE, positioned on the same stripe, will appear before the public for the first time with its ultimate racing design. Developed to compete in the GEN4 era of the Formula E World Championship, the fully electric race car takes the high-performance understanding developed by Opel under the GSE brand to the most advanced point.
Technical precision meets track spirit
Developed by Opel’s Global Brand Design Team in Russelsheim, the exhibition stand brings the brand’s two different characters together within the same design language. The precision, technology, and functionality-oriented approach of German engineering is completed by the sporty, dynamic, and emotional character of GSE.
While the clean lines, selected materials, and arrangement of vehicles used in the architecture of the stand highlight Opel’s technical side, the graphic language consisting of yellow, silver, black, and white strengthens the GSE identity. Additionally, the yellow and white “Lightspeed Stripes” extending throughout the stand provide a visual unity among all exhibited models, especially the world premieres. Inspired by the design of the GSE 27FE, this graphic structure maintains the feeling of speed and movement throughout the stand even when the vehicles are stationary.
GSE Yellow Pixel Cube centers Opel’s performance world
One of the remarkable design elements of the Opel stand will be the “GSE Yellow Pixel Cube”. This yellow structure rising in the center of the stand will form the visual focus of the GSE world while symbolizing electric performance and energy. The 3.5-meter suspended media cube positioned above the GSE Yellow Pixel Cube will also be an important part of Opel’s digital communication and visual experience area in Paris.
The electric GSE family expands in Paris
Opel will also bring its high-performance fully electric models together with visitors at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. Opened for orders, the new Opel Corsa GSE will be exhibited for the first time at an automobile show in Paris. Another member of the brand’s GSE product family, the Opel Mokka GSE, will be among the prominent models of the stand. Reaching a power of 207 kW (281 HP), the Mokka GSE carries the motorsport experience gained with the Mokka GSE Rally to mass-production cars. Opel will also introduce the new Astra GSE Line model in Paris, which is planned to go on sale in the spring of 2027. Thus, the brand aims to deliver the GSE design approach and sporty driving character to a wider customer base with different powertrain systems.
