Shiftmove enriches the Avrios platform with a new functionality based on artificial intelligence. Called Post Office, this solution makes it possible to automate the processing of fleet documents and significantly reduces the administrative burden on managers, saving them several working days each month. The AI-based Post Office solution frees fleet managers from time-consuming administrative tasks. ©Shiftmove Document management remains one of the most time-consuming tasks for fleet managers and is often a significant source of hidden costs. Despite the digitalization of many processes, invoices, fines, damage certificates or technical inspection certificates (TCCs) continue to arrive every day and still need to be checked and assigned manually.
To save fleet managers time, Shiftmove has integrated a new functionality into the Avrios platform. Called Post Office, it is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered document manager that completely automates its operations within the software. The solution thus reduces administrative work by up to five minutes per document and eliminates the most common sources of manual errors.
Earned up to a few days of work per month
Concretely, the Post Office functionality acts as a central entry channel for documents entering the fleet management software via email, direct upload, or scanning. The AI integrated into the solution recognizes the document type in seconds, assigns it to the right tool or process, and archives everything in a structured way that suits audit requirements.
Therefore, when documents are received, the solution sends them directly to the correct fleet management processes. For example, claim documents are automatically linked to existing insurance files, registration certificates are analyzed and associated with vehicle purchases, and follow-up tasks for invoices and fines are automatically created. However, fleet managers retain full control and can verify or adjust the actions suggested by the AI.
