On-site support to farmers from Petlas: On-site solution for producers with “On-Site Inspection Service”
Petlas, one of Türkiye’s leading tire manufacturers, announced that it has strengthened its after-sales services for the agricultural sector. The company aims to provide solutions to producers’ problems directly in the field with the “On-Site Inspection Service” it developed for farmers.

Petlas General Manager Hakan Yalnız pointed out that any disruption that farmers may experience during the production season could have critical consequences, and stated that requests are not just a customer notification, but important processes that should be evaluated in terms of the continuity of production. However, he stated that with its strong dealer network, CRM infrastructure and expert field teams, requests are evaluated quickly and on-site inspections are carried out when necessary.
The company also shared the process of the special service to farmers. Accordingly, manufacturers create demand by applying to the nearest Petlas dealer. Notifications entered into the system by the dealer are reviewed by the relevant teams via CRM, and when necessary, expert teams are directed directly to the field. Thus, problems are analyzed on-site and quick solutions are provided.
Petlas also emphasized that it is the tire brand with the most agreements with agricultural cards offered by banks in the agricultural sector and stated that it supports producers with financial access solutions.
The company also drew attention to its position in the global market, stating that it provides OEM supply to 10 tractor and 95 agricultural equipment manufacturers and that its agricultural tires are exported to more than 100 countries.
Petlas continues to provide uninterrupted support to farmers in their production processes with its production and after-sales services in the field of agricultural tires.
