+500 thousand spectators compared to 2025 There were all the conditions last weekend for a good result in terms of TV ratings for the Miami F1 GP. The Circus had been stopped for more than a month, the last two races had been won by an Italian driver and the weather also led to the start being brought forward by three hours from 10.00pm to 7.00pm, an advance which also had effects on the delay on TV8 which started at 10.10pm instead of 11.30pm. Andrea Kimi Antonelli did not betray expectations and landed the hat trick. The Miami GP on Sky was watched by 1 million and 400 thousand spectators, 200 thousand more than the 2025 edition in which Max Verstappen tried without luck to resist the very fast McLarens. On TV8 the deferred broadcast recorded 1 million and 100 thousand viewers instead of the 862 thousand of 2025 and therefore in total the audience was 2 million and 500 thousand viewers, half a million more compared to the figure for 2025. As underlined by p300.it, however, the data remain far from 2022 in which there was a Ferrari leading the World Championship with Charles Leclerc: then the total audience was 3 million and 400 thousand spectators, almost a million more than last Sunday.
