Ducati, should we worry or not?
After the Thai Grand Prixwhich recorded a victory behind Marco Bezzecchi and 4 Aprilias in the top 5 positions, it is legitimate to ask ourselves whether the Noale bike is the new reference point for MotoGP or not.
For Marc Marquez there is no need to be alarmed already, given that he underlined that in a difficult weekend – both physically and in terms of feeling with the bike – he could have brought home a second place for Ducati, if the problem with the rim and tire had not arisen which forced him to retire.
But how is Marquez?
After the race, the nine-time world champion underlined how he chose to have a strategy race: “I had to manage my body more than the tyres. I was uncomfortable and when I feel like that, I have to manage and that’s what I did.”

Marc Marquez spoke of a weekend of suffering, for him and for the bike. Does the pilot have any doubts about his physical recovery?
“It’s clear that Marc has a very difficult year ahead of him. He came out of hell and made it and probably also unloaded a bit mentally. Then that fall involuntarily caused by Bezzecchi kept him stuck for many months with the same tortured shoulder. It is difficult to evaluate and he’s carrying it around a bit and so he’s worried and lets it show. He is always Marc, he is the man to beat because he is number one. But what happened to him is weighing on himthat’s for sure, and it’s not his fault.
Then This bike has had a difficult development over the last 2 yearslet’s remember the GP25. At the moment, if we look at things carefully, Aprilia has made a very notable leap forward thanks to Sterlacchini and Rivola’s decisions and everything.
Ducati is paying the price for Marquez’s arrival which destroyed Bagnaia a bit psychologically, it changed him. Bagnaia isn’t there, Ducati only has one rider, who is Marquez. Di Giannantonio isn’t there, Morbidelli isn’t there, they’re not in a good place in terms of drivers. There is only Marquez, because Di Giannantonio and Bagnaia arrive, but they get a lot of seconds.
