
Inchcape has announced a slate of senior appointments across Australia and New Zealand as it advances its growth strategy.
David Colusso has been appointed managing director, distribution, Inchcape Australasia, effective November 1. He will lead OEM engagement and strategic partnerships across both markets. Colusso previously served as finance director and managing director of operations, helped secure distributorships with Deepal and Foton in Australia, and has been active in expanding Inchcape’s New Zealand footprint. His brand experience includes Subaru, Peugeot and Citroën.
Kym Mellow becomes managing director of operations, Inchcape Australasia, also from November 1. He will oversee network development, partner growth and value-added services in finance and insurance, logistics and fulfilment. Inchcape cites his recent secondment leading transformation in New Zealand and his earlier role as franchise director for the pre-owned vehicle business.
Jerry Delaney has been appointed general manager, New Zealand, effective November 1, with a mandate to build network capability and strengthen OEM and partner engagement. Formerly head of distribution, he joins the Inchcape Australasia executive leadership team.
In a logistics restructure, Inchcape has integrated operations into a multi-brand centre of excellence. Darren Morgan becomes general manager, Inchcape Logistics, effective November 3, leading Autonexus operations to deliver cost-to-serve logistics for partners. His background includes service operations, OEM relationship management and franchise director responsibilities in Queensland.
