Brisa announced its financial results for the period January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. The company’s turnover amounted to 41.3 billion TL. With the effect of disciplined cost and expense management implemented in addition to the increase in productivity, EBITDA of 5.4 billion TL was achieved in 2025, while the EBITDA margin was at 13.2%. Thanks to the operational and financial improvement steps taken in the second half of the year, the second half was completed with a net profit despite the negative impact of regulatory changes. However, due to the impact of the loss in the first half, the overall results for the year were at a level parallel to this performance.
Free cash flow of 5.6 billion TL was created, especially with the effect of strong cash generation seen in the last quarter and future-oriented, controlled fixed asset investment expenditures. With the impact of agile financing actions implemented, the debt level was reduced and 2025 was closed with a Net Debt/EBITDA ratio of 0.8x.
Brisa CEO Vecih Yılmaz said the following in his assessment of 2025:
“2025 was a year when market and customer expectations in the tire industry transformed and global and local economic conditions created fluctuations on demand. In this process, we maintained our strategic focus and focused on our technology investments and high value-added product segment. We supported both our operational efficiency and strengthened our long-term competitiveness with our digitalization and sustainability investments. We continue our financial discipline and operational efficiency approach in line with Brisa’s strong foundations and strategic priorities. In 2026, the contribution of the strategic steps we have taken under more balanced demand conditions will be clearer.” “We are waiting to see you.”

Growth with a premium segment focus
Continuing its R&D investments throughout 2025, Brisa introduced 68 new products to the market. It increased its market share in the premium segment with products with high rims and compatible with electric-hybrid vehicles. With the new production technologies and quality certifications introduced in the Aksaray factory, both production facilities became compatible with global OEM standards and high value-added production infrastructure was supported.
While Brisa continued its growth with the Lassa brand in international markets, it maintained its export leadership position in the Turkish tire industry. It also strengthened its global presence with retail investments in line with its long-term growth targets.
Expansion in service network
Brisa continued to grow in integrated mobility solutions. While the number of active devices under the Arvento brand exceeded 840 thousand, digital tracking and tire management services were offered to the fleet park of 242 thousand vehicles. The scope of service offered to customers has been expanded with the rapid maintenance service network reaching 157 points across Türkiye. In the coming period, it is aimed to disseminate solutions focusing on customer experience in line with strategic goals and to increase cooperation through data-based solutions, especially focusing on optimizing the total purchasing and operation costs of fleet customers.
