The new structure and future roadmap were announced during a nationwide dealer meeting attended by İnci Holding Chairman Cihan Elbirlik, CEO and Board Member Zeki Şafak Ozan, and İnci GS Yuasa Executive Director Orhan Sayman.

New era begins for İnci GS Yuasa
Speaking at the event, Orhan Sayman said the partnership, which began in 2015 through joint ownership and management, has now evolved into a technology-focused strategic alliance.
According to Sayman, the completion of the share transfer will move the company to a single-shareholder structure while maintaining close cooperation with GS Yuasa in technical and technological areas. He noted that the new model reflects a more agile and streamlined operational structure.
“Strategic cooperation will continue”
İnci Holding CEO Zeki Şafak Ozan stressed that the relationship with GS Yuasa has not ended, but rather shifted from equity partnership to strategic cooperation.
Ozan said the structural transition was planned in line with the long-term priorities of both companies and would enable faster decision-making across operations, product development, and strategic planning.
He also confirmed that a new technical cooperation agreement had been signed between the two companies, ensuring continued collaboration in technology transfer, know-how, and product innovation. İnci GS Yuasa will also maintain its supplier role for the European market.
İnci Akü targets continued sector leadership
Closing the meeting, İnci Holding Chairman Cihan Elbirlik underlined that İnci Akü will continue to strengthen its position as one of the leading brands in the battery industry.
