French automotive giant Citroën has achieved another important success with its ambitious model, the second generation C5 Aircross, which will be offered for sale in Türkiye in a short time. In this context, the new C5 Aircross was selected as one of the seven finalists for the 2026 European Car of the Year (COTY) award. The COTY jury, consisting of 59 expert automotive journalists from 23 European countries, appreciated the unique and remarkable character of the new C5 Aircross in the C-SUV segment. The new Citroën C5 Aircross, which stands out as a large and versatile living space that meets the needs of families by offering different types of energy as well as its more modern, safer and more comfortable structure, draws attention with its hybrid and electric motor options with a range of up to 520 km.

In this context, Citroën announced that the new C5 Aircross was selected as one of the 7 finalists among 35 candidates for the 2026 European Car of the Year award, one of the most prestigious automotive awards in Europe.
