1 Renault announced its new SUV model, Filante, positioned in the E-segment. The model, which draws attention with its upper-class features, is at the center of the brand’s growth plans outside Europe. Renault already had a wide product range on the crossover and SUV side. However, the brand is raising the bar a little higher with a new model that will play a key role in its global strategy. The new Renault Filante is positioned as the flagship SUV symbolizing the “high segment transformation” of the brand. The model will be introduced in South Korea on January 13 and will be showcased in non-European markets. AT THE CENTER OF THE GLOBAL PLAN Filante stands at the center of Renault’s international growth plan, which aims to strengthen its presence outside Europe. The model positioned in the E-segment; It is positioned above the Austral, Espace and Rafale in Europe, that is, as a larger, more luxurious and more prestigious alternative. In short, Renault clearly demonstrates its “upper class” claim with this model.
