German automotive manufacturer Opel will make a strong start to 2026 at the Brussels Motor Show, which will be held between January 9-18, and will make the world premiere of the new Astra and Astra Sports Tourer. Designed and developed in Rüsselsheim, the new Astra family appears on the scene with a sharper and more technical exterior design, while it strongly reflects the new design identity of the brand with the constantly illuminated Opel Lightning logo and Opel Compass light signature placed at the center of the modernized Opel Vizor. Unique in its segment, the Intelli-Lux HD smart headlight system is also offered on Astra and Astra Sports Tourer, significantly increasing driving safety and visibility. Astra’s new design approach is inspired by the lines of Opel’s high-performance concept vehicle Corsa GSE VisionGranTurismo and offers visitors an impressive experience that brings together both the digital and physical worlds.
