Škoda Auto has produced 100,000 units of the fully electric Elroq compact SUV since it started production at the beginning of the year. The anniversary car is the Elroq vRS in Hyper Green. The first production model to use the brand’s Modern Solid design language, the Elroq is assembled in a flexible range that also produces the Enyaq and MQB-based Octavia models. This allows the automaker to quickly respond to customer demands by producing both electric and gas engine models on the same line. The Elroq is proving popular with customers and experts alike: it ranked second among Europe’s best-selling BEV models in the first three quarters of 2025. It has also won several international honors, including the Red Dot Design Award, and was recently named ‘German Car of the Year 2026’. The 100,000 unit milestone highlights the strong and ongoing demand for Škoda’s battery-electric SUVs, Elroq and Enyaq.

Škoda Elroq: Europe’s best-selling BEVs
