· Daniel Holgado (Kalex) won the Moto2 race starting from pole position and going against the tide front tyre-wise. Indeed, while the rear tyre choice was unanimous, with all riders opting for the E0125 soft development specification over the standard one, at the front almost everyone chose the standard SC1 soft, except for six riders, including winner Daniel Holgado (Kalex), who went for the medium SC2 instead.
· The winner of the 18-lap Moto3 race was Ángel Piqueras (KTM), who, starting from third position on the grid, took the lead on the last lap, crossing the finish line ahead of José Antonio Rueda (KTM) and Taiyo Furusato (Honda). Differently than the latter two who mounted soft SC1 rear tyres, the winner opted for the medium SC2 option. Almost all riders used medium SC2 compound tyres at the front, with the exception of Honda’s Riccardo Rossi and Nicola Carraro, who went for the soft SC1. At the rear, 16 riders chose the medium SC2 and 10 the soft SC1, including poleman David Almansa (Honda) who finished fourth.
· Thanks also to the performance of the new E0125 rear soft, the Moto2 race finished in 36’21:444 – a good 12 seconds faster than in 2024 – and Daniel Muñoz (Kalex) set a new race lap record in 1’42.355 on lap three, improving last year’s record set by Fermin Aldeguer by more than three tenths.
· The Moto3 race took place with 29°C asphalt temperature, while the Moto2 race with 35°C, both closer to those of FP1 and FP2 and about 10 degrees lower than those witnessed in Practice and Qualifying.
