Leapmotor B05 launched in Europe: specs, range, and price revealed

Chinese EV maker Leapmotor unveils the B05 in Europe with up to 482 km range, fast charging, and starting price of €26,900, challenging European rivals.
Chinese brand Leapmotor has unveiled its new electric vehicle, the B05, at the Poznań auto show. The rear-wheel-drive model delivers 160 kW, achieves a WLTP range of up to 482 km, and starts at €26,900, strengthening the position of Chinese cars in Europe.The B05 is the brand’s first “sporty” model for the European market. It targets the mass segment and competes with models like the Volkswagen ID.3, MG4, and Renault Megane E-Tech.Chassis development was carried out jointly with Stellantis engineers, resulting in a 50:50 weight distribution and more balanced handling.
