Xiaomi EV is quickly establishing itself as an automotive powerhouse. The electric car division of the technology giant Xiaomi has consistently outperformed expectations, recently logging its third consecutive month with deliveries soaring past the 40,000-unit mark.

Xiaomi EV’s sales team is clearly not interested in a slow roll. The company announced its November performance on Weibo, confirming that Total deliveries exceeded 40,000 vehicles. The exact figure will become available later in the month via the official China Passenger car Association (CPCA) report.

The sales momentum started in September when Xiaomi EV first passed the milestone, delivering 41,948 vehicles. The following month, October, saw the brand hit a new record high of 48,654 deliveries, proving that this new automaker has found a winning formula with buyers ready to snap up the new, high-tech EVs.

Driving this sales performance is a growing, yet focused, product line built to challenge established rivals. Xiaomi EV’s first model was the SU7 electric sedan, which officially launched on March 28, 2024. The company followed up quickly with an electric SUV, the YU7, on June 26, 2024. The automaker also offers a performance vehicle, the SU7 Ultra, that debuted earlier on February 27, 2024.

To support this rising demand for its EVs, Xiaomi is growing its physical footprint across China. The company added 17 new stores in November alone, bringing its Total to 441 stores operating in 131 Chinese cities. An additional 36 stores will open in December, targeting coverage in seven more cities, and as of November 30, Xiaomi operates 249 service centers across 144 Chinese cities.

To speed things up for buyers who simply don’t want to wait for their new EV, Xiaomi just announced its new “In-Stock Vehicle Purchase Program.” The goal of the program is simple: to offer customers a much faster path to ownership by providing already-built vehicles for select models. All vehicles come with a full original factory warranty and comprehensive after-sales service, with some models even qualifying for special discounts.

The inventory available through the program falls into three specific categories. First, there are brand-new vehicles that come from orders that were processed as abnormal or cases where customers were unable to take delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. The second category is made up of the official display vehicles. These are static models taken from official Xiaomi auto stores and were not used for test drives.

Finally, nearly-new vehicles fall into the third category. These cars previously sustained minor imperfections, likely during transportation, but have since undergone official repairs and passed additional pre-sale inspections by the company.

The “In-Stock Vehicle Purchase Program” will roll out in phases. Priority access started at noon on December 1, 2025, for current customers who have already locked orders for a Xiaomi SU7, SU7 Ultra, or Xiaomi YU7 but have not yet received an invoice. The program then opens to all other users starting at 10:00 AM on December 3, 2025.

Buyers choosing an ex-display vehicle must be ready to act fast. They must visit a delivery center within 72 hours of placing the order to complete a vehicle inspection, ensuring the order locks only after confirming the vehicle’s condition. This new system, coupled with the promise of a cross-year purchase tax subsidy for any delivery delay caused by Xiaomi that extends into 2026, shows the automaker is pulling out all stops to meet the insatiable consumer appetite for its successful electric cars.
