Toyota opens a digital center in Wrocław, Poland, focusing on MyToyota and LexusLink+ app development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity for European vehicles.
Toyota Motor Europe has announced the opening of a digital center in Wrocław, Poland. This new facility will focus on developing applications using advanced technologies for Toyota and Lexus vehicles across Europe. The center is expected to employ around 200 highly skilled technical professionals.These specialists will be responsible for enhancing the MyToyota and LexusLink+ apps, which are used by over 2 million European customers to access remote vehicle functions, monitor battery charge, and utilize a wide range of convenient services.The team will also contribute to developing the cloud infrastructure that supports connected services for Toyota and Lexus cars in Europe, while providing cybersecurity support. This move underscores Toyota’s ongoing commitment to the region.Establishing this digital center represents another investment by Toyota in Wrocław. Since 2015, the city has hosted a Shared Services Center that offers accounting and tax advisory services for all Toyota divisions in Europe.
