Scudo is completely intelligent and designed to provide perfect flexibility. Scudo offers a carrying capacity exceeding 300 kg. The Fiat Scudo maxi body vehicle promises ample space to carry the equipment, materials or cargo you need.
When combined with its compact design, four-wheel independent suspensions (McPherson type front axle supported by anti-roll bar and wishbone swing arm rear axle) and comfortable seats, it is very practical and successful in maneuvers with its ease of use that offers a feeling indistinguishable from a car.

Fiat Scudo Van Maxi is 5333 mm long, 1920 mm wide and 2204 mm high. During our test drive, we tried the closed rear body of the Fiat Scudo Van Maxi for carrying cargo and goods. We found it to be a very practical solution for horizontally transporting a tall refrigerator, living room furniture, appliances and more. We were able to carry cargo and belongings safely and comfortably in the closed rear frame of the maxi case, under all road conditions, without any problems.

When we look at the driver and passenger front compartments of the Fiat Scudo Van Maxi, we see that everything is practical, durable and functional. Let’s not forget that in the same vehicle family there are also vehicles with similar equipment, such as Peugeot, Citroen and others. There may be design differences, but ultimately the Stellantis automotive group uses the same platform and infrastructure. So with only a few minor differences the vehicles are the same, just different brands.
Starting from the driver’s seat in the front of the Fiat Scudo Van Maxi, the limited tilt of the backrest can cause problems for overweight individuals on long drives. Similarly, the driver’s seat of the Fiat Scudo Van Maxi lacks left and right lumbar support or armrests since it is a commercial vehicle, which can cause discomfort when turning or driving. A left armrest, similar to those found in commercial vehicles such as the Transporter and Vito, is a must for commercial vehicles.
I do not think that the front passenger seat of the Fiat Scudo Van Maxi poses any problem in this regard. Two people fit quite comfortably. Although Fiat Scudo Van Maxi has steering depth adjustment, the lack of height adjustment seemed like a deficiency to me. I expect some things to be standard in commercial vehicles.

Another striking feature of the Fiat Scudo Van Maxi is the presence of a sliding door in the rear cabin. Although I see it as a shortcoming in commercial vehicles that the side sliding door does not automatically open electrically from the inside, it may seem normal that this feature is generally intended for human transportation and not in cargo box van vehicles. When we consider the Fiat Scudo Van Maxi as a middle-class cargo courier vehicle, the electrical parts of this door are exposed to harsh usage conditions and hundreds of openings and closings a day. Speed is also very important in cargo operations. So it might be forgivable that this vehicle doesn’t have a power sliding side door. However, an automatic sliding side door option may also be available for individual buyers.
Fiat Scudo Van Maxi has Adas security system and autonomous driving features. This commercial vehicle also has systems such as lane departure warning and other features. The acceleration and performance of the vehicle are first class and will please everyone. The vehicle’s brake system is in excellent condition. The suspension is also very stable in corners.

Fiat Scudo Van Maxi’s 8-speed automatic transmission is very practical and fast. Air conditioning system works very well. Night vision and welcome lights are good. Headlight system is also good. However, Android or Apple Car Play navigation map system is different. Maps, that is, navigation, are a must in commercial vehicles. I think it would be absolutely necessary to replace such a small tablet screen with a much larger, driver-focused screen.
During our test drive, Fiat Scudo Van Maxi consumed 7.5 liters of fuel in urban mixed use.
