Automaker’s supply chain warehouses retain top three spots along with awards in key categories
Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) announced its annual awards today. Carlisle the Duck The North American Parts Comparison (NAPB) Conference has received numerous awards highlighting its leadership in parts supply chain performance and operational efficiency. More than 30 OEM member companies participate in NAPB, including many of the largest motor vehicle, heavy equipment and powersports businesses in the world, representing more than 200 industry warehouses across the United States.
For the second year in a row, Subaru swept the podium in the competitive Best Performing Warehouse category; The regional distribution centers (RDCs) listed below took the top three spots based on metrics such as lines per hour, retailer demands, and adjustments, among others.
Douglasville, Georgia – Tied for first place
Aurora, Colorado – Tied for first place
Ontario, California – Third place

All seven SOA warehouses once again ranked in the top 20 nationally in this year’s “Annual Lines Per Capita” category, a metric that measures warehouse efficiency and operational efficiency, with five facilities ranking in the top 10. Aurora RDC also won first place in both the Best Performing warehouse and Most Improved warehouse categories, a first in conference history. Additionally, Subaru ranked third in the Chargeable Claims Rate, which takes into account shortages and incorrect picks, highlighting the high quality performance of the company’s warehouses.
The NAPB conference evaluates parts and accessories supply chain performance across North American OEMs and compares it to industry peers, based on data submitted to Ducker Carlisle.
