Milton Keynes, 3 February 2026 – Škoda has once again reinforced its reputation for producing practical, reliable, and desirable vehicles, claiming six category wins in the prestigious Diesel&EcoCar Used Car Top 50 awards. With seven Škoda models featured in the top 15, the Czech brand’s versatility across SUVs, estates, and electric vehicles has been emphatically confirmed.
Leading the charge, the Kodiaq (2021–2024) impressed the judges to secure third place overall, earning the title of Best Used Large SUV 2026. The all-electric Enyaq (2021–2025) also showcased its appeal, finishing fifth overall and being crowned Best Used Large Electric SUV 2026, demonstrating Škoda’s strength in the growing electric vehicle sector.
Škoda’s enduring popularity in the medium and large car segments was further highlighted by the Octavia (2020–2024), which achieved eighth place overall and claimed Best Used Medium Car 2026 as well as Best Used Medium Estate Car 2026. Meanwhile, the Superb (2019–2023) confirmed its status as a benchmark in the large car segment, taking Best Used Large Car 2026 and Best Used Large Estate Car 2026, alongside a commendable 10th-place finish overall. The Karoq (2022–present) also impressed, finishing 13th overall.

The Diesel&EcoCar Top 50 awards evaluate vehicles that have been on sale for a minimum of two years, assessing a wide range of factors including purchase price, residual values, overall performance, and suitability for everyday use. Rankings are determined through a combination of detailed data analysis and editorial judgment, with each vehicle scored out of 100.
Škoda’s success in the 2026 awards mirrors its performance in the Electrified Top 50, where models including the Enyaq, Elroq, and Superb PHEV all featured in the top 15, further highlighting the brand’s strong presence across traditional and electrified segments.
