DE13 R engine The DE13 R engine is available in versions producing up to 540 hp and 2,800 Nm of torque, reducing fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions by up to 4% compared to the previous generation. It is paired with a new Optidriver transmission and reinforced engine braking for challenging routes. A new long-distance model, the E-Tech T 780, reaches a range of 660 km, covering a legal driving day without the need for intermediate charging. The electric axle architecture consolidates the main powertrain components at the rear of the vehicle, making room for additional battery capacity. The E-Tech T 540 regional delivery e-truck delivers up to 450 km on a single charge. Designed for urban operations, the E-Tech D 14T has a turning radius of less than 7.3 metres. In light commercial vehicles, Renault Trucks will display the E-Tech Master Offroad, which combines electric operation with increased ground clearance for construction site access, as well as a model developed by Flexis on its software-defined vehicle skateboard platform.
