The new Renault Clio reaches the milestone of 10,000 orders on the Italian market. And it does so just three months after bookings opened: words from Sébastien Guigues, CEO of Renault Italia, who speaks of great pride in this milestone achieved. “The new Clio once again demonstrates its ability to perfectly interpret the needs of Italian motorists: efficiency, driving pleasure, technology and style. This is just the beginning of a successful journey that makes us look forward to the results of the coming months with great confidence”, he explained. Renault Clio is very popular in Italy The Losanga company has made it known that up to now the customers’ favorite engine is the Full Hybrid E-Tech 160, chosen by a growing number of customers. And the reason, according to Renault itself, is easily explained: reduced consumption estimated at 3.9l/100 km, convincing acceleration which materializes in a 0-100 km/h in 8.3 seconds, and a high autonomy reaching 1,000 km. Over 10,000 orders in just over three months But that’s not all. The external design also seems to have struck a chord with the first buyers of the new Clio, just as internally the OpenR Link multimedia system with integrated Google has received some approval. “An important milestone which confirms the strong link between Clio and the Italian market and which represents a promising start for the months to come,” commented Renault.
