The 2026 IONIQ 9, Palisade, Santa Fe Hybrid, and 2025 IONIQ 6 each led their respective segments.These awards from MotorTrend’s ial team highlight Hyundai’s ability to produce vehicles that deliver strong driving dynamics, advanced technology, efficiency, safety, and everyday practicality.MotorTrend Buyer’s Guide Director Zach Gale explained that only the finest SUVs, cars, and trucks can claim first place in the publication’s Best Car rankings, which form part of its comprehensive buyer’s guide.The experts evaluate roughly 300 vehicles across nearly 50 segments using a rigorous, data-driven methodology. Based on the publication’s established testing programs for cars, SUVs, and trucks, the ranking assesses each vehicle on key criteria like driving performance, interior space, efficiency, safety, technology, and overall value. The Best Car rankings are updated twice a year.
