Hyundai Auto Canada has announced the appointment of Laura Nava as director of marketing, marking an exciting step forward in the company’s continued growth and momentum across Canada.
With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Laura brings a powerful blend of strategic leadership, digital expertise and customer-centric thinking to Hyundai’s marketing organization. In his new role, he will lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies spanning brand, retail, CRM, digital, sponsorships and events, helping to elevate Hyundai’s presence and performance in an increasingly competitive market.
A key member of the leadership team, Laura will play a central role in advancing Hyundai Canada’s strategic partnerships and growth initiatives, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing programs, internal and external.
Laura joins Hyundai from Google Canada, where she most recently served as senior account executive, partnering with leading automotive OEMs to accelerate growth through advanced marketing and technology solutions. Prior to Google, he spent more than 18 years at General Motors of Canada, including national marketing manager for Chevrolet; national marketing manager – retail and operations; national field manager; and media relations manager.
A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University School of Business with Honors, Laura is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and passion for innovation.
