EU and China resume talks on electric vehicle tariff prices

The EU and China have restarted negotiations on a minimum price plan for electric cars produced in China. Most recently, the EU examined Volkswagen’s exemption from electric vehicle tariffs.

“China welcomes the EU’s commitment to restart price initiative negotiations and appreciates its return to the path of resolving disputes through dialogue,” Ministry spokesman He Yadong said

The EU has adopted minimum price regulations for individual raw materials.
