While Hyundai Motor Türkiye (HMTR) has taken a leading role in the automotive industry with its production activities for nearly 30 years, it continues to add value to society with the social responsibility projects it carries out under the umbrella of Hyundai Continue. The “Second Life in Education” project, implemented in this context, aims to contribute to the development of technical education and support the qualified workforce of the future by donating vehicles and equipment to educational institutions.
Within the scope of the project, Marmara University Mechatronics Engineering Department, Kocaeli University Automotive Engineering Department, Nuh Çimento Vocational School and Bağcılar and Küçükyalı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools provided a stronger infrastructure in applied education with the donations of HMTR, allowing students to improve their technical skills.

Within the scope of the project, 2 vehicles were donated to Marmara University and Bağcılar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, 1 vehicle to Kocaeli University Automotive Engineering Department, and more than 100 pieces of equipment of various types, especially engines, were donated to each institution.
In his statement on the subject, Hyundai Motor Turkey Business Strategy Department Manager Ill Seon Ra said, “As Hyundai Motor Turkey, we see contributing to education and the qualified workforce of the future as one of our primary responsibilities. We see it as our duty to support young people in developing their technical knowledge and skills with the ‘Second Life in Education’ project. We will continue to maintain Hyundai’s approach, which prioritizes support to society, in our country.”
