The Dacia Duster wins Best Mid-Sized SUV for the third consecutive year at the 2025 Auto Express Used Car Awards
The Dacia Jogger named Best MPV, adding to the brand’s growing list of accolades
Both models recognised for outstanding value, practicality and long-term owner satisfaction

Dacia has once again proved its enduring appeal to UK car buyers, with two major wins at the 2025 Auto Express Used Car Awards. The rugged and ever-popular Dacia Duster secured the Best Mid-Sized SUV of the Year title for an incredible third year in a row, while the versatile Dacia Jogger claimed the Best Used MPV of the Year award.
The annual Auto Express Used Car Awards celebrate the very best pre-owned models across a range of categories, considering factors such as reliability, affordability, everyday usability and owner feedback from the magazine’s comprehensive Driver Power survey.
“Dacia has always stood for excellent low-cost motoring, but the two cars that each picked up an Auto Express Used Car Awards victory are much more than just good value,” said Auto Express Editor, Paul Barker. “The Duster, our Mid-sized SUV of the Year, was a huge step up in quality over its predecessor, while the Used MPV of the Year, Jogger, offers seven-seat capability in an understatedly stylish package. But both Dacias exceed expectations in what you get for the money and are far from being just an option for those on a budget.”
Winning for the third consecutive year underlines the Duster’s status as one of the UK’s most dependable and desirable used SUVs. Its blend of practicality, capability and low running costs continues to set it apart in a crowded segment.
Meanwhile, the Jogger’s victory in the MPV category highlights Dacia’s strength in delivering family-focused vehicles that combine impressive space, clever design and exceptional value, qualities that resonate strongly in the used car market.
Luke Broad, Dacia Brand Director for the UK, said: “These awards really speak to what Dacia stands for. The Duster and Jogger both show that a car doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated to be genuinely good at what it does. Owners value them for their honesty, reliability and practicality, and those criteria are just as important for used car buyers. To see both models recognised by Auto Express reinforces that our approach is working, and that our cars continue to deliver long after they’ve left the showroom.”
Available in a choice of three generously-equipped trim levels and three powertrain options – including an advanced hybrid and a 4×4 version that offers genuine ‘go anywhere’ capability – the Dacia Duster offers a compelling blend of robust styling, a practical interior, and a comprehensive array of safety and driver assistance systems, all for prices starting from just £21,820 on-the-road.
Priced from £20,270 on-the-road, the Dacia Jogger combines the practicality of a family estate with the rugged style of an SUV to offer genuine all-day comfort for seven adults. Features such as innovative smartphone connectivity options, modular roof bars, and easily removable split-folding seats with almost 60 possible configurations, make it perfect for the next family adventure.
