Chery at Beijing 2026: new hybrid and electric models presented

Discover the new Chery A9 Wagon, A9L, Fulwin T11 and more unveiled at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show. Plug-in hybrids with excellent autonomy and advanced technology.
Chery A9 Wagon combines a spacious interior with a generous trunk. It is equipped with the Chery Kunpeng Super Hybrid Electric 6.0 system associated with the DHT Pro continuously variable transmission. The powertrain includes a 1.5-litre, 160 kW engine delivering 310 Nm of torque, as well as a 33.7 kWh Kunpeng Blade lithium iron phosphate battery. Its range in electric mode reaches 260 km.© B. Naumkin, Tarantas.NewsChery A9L is a flagship sedan equipped with the CDM 6.0 hybrid system. It is based on a 1.5-litre turbo engine that develops 156 HP and 220 Nm of torque. This internal combustion engine works together with the DHT Pro hybrid transmission and electric drive system. Fuel consumption according to the WLTC cycle is only 0.52 L/100 km. In electric mode, the range reaches 200 km, while the total range exceeds 1,400 km.© B. It is equipped with the Halcón 700 driver assistance system, which allows level 2+ autonomous driving. The powertrain is shared with the A9L, but the focus is on dynamics and handling.© B. Naumkin, Tarantas.News The Chery Fulwin T11 is a large plug-in hybrid crossover. The battery can travel 200 km on a full charge and up to 1400 km in hybrid mode. It is powered by two electric motors, one on each axle, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately five seconds. Charging the traction battery from 30% to 80% takes 19 minutes.© B. Naumkin, Tarantas.News The Chery T9L is a feature-packed premium crossover. It has adaptive CDC suspension and Snow Leopard all-wheel drive system. The hybrid powertrain produces 476 hp and 630 Nm of torque. The Halcón Pilot 700 system offers level 2+ autonomous driving. Chery 7L is a five-seat crossover. It is 4655 mm long, 1880 mm wide, 1690 mm high and has a wheelbase of 2720 mm. Wheels are 18 or 19 inches. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine (156 hp, 230 Nm) is associated with a six-speed automated manual transmission.
