Bearman stopped The first technical problem for Ferrari arrives on the third day out of five of tests in Barcelona. Or rather, not for Ferrari as a team but for a Ferrari-powered car. In fact, the Haas VF-26 driven by Ollie Bearman stopped on the Catalan morning. The young English driver’s car got stuck in turn 2 and a tow truck was needed to bring it back to the pits, where the mechanics will have the opportunity to examine the problem closely. What is certain is that it was not a pilot error but a technical failure. Until now, all the cars linked to the Cavallino, Cadillac and Haas, as well as obviously the SF-26, had not yet been blocked by technical problems. The first rumors suggest a problem with the power unit for the American team’s single-seater. Obviously, however, these are only hypotheses which will then be officially confirmed by the Kannapolis team. It will now be up to the team led by Ayao Komatsu to get to work to try to get the car back on track in the afternoon session, so as not to completely waste an important day of testing. Today is in fact the second day on track for the US team who will then only be able to run their car on another day between Thursday and Friday.
