The new MGS9 PHEV is the first 7-seat, large SUV from MG and offers a spacious and versatile interior with three rows of seats. When the third-row seats are folded away to use the car with five seats, there is a generous 1026-litres of bootspace.
Its multi award-winning plug-in hybrid powertrain combines a 1.5-litre petrol turbo engine and a long-range 24.7kWh battery with an electric-only range of up to 62 miles*.

There is a choice of two trim levels, Comfort and Premium, each providing an extensive list of luxury features as standard, such as 20-inch alloy wheels, ambient lighting, heated seats, a panoramic roof and 12.3” infotainment and 12.3” driver display, with on-the-road prices from £34,205 and £36,945 respectively.

“Offering more space and versatility than the MG HS PHEV, and the bonus of 7-seat, the MGS9 PHEV will be on the shortlist of everyone looking for a large SUV,” said David Allison, MG UK’s Director of Product and Planning.

“As the most versatile MG ever, and the first with seven seats, the MGS9 PHEV really is a car for those who want an abundance of space without compromising on comfort and luxury, and the convenience of proven plug-in hybrid technology with more than enough all-electric range for most daily routines,” he added.

The MGS9 PHEV is available to order now with the first cars arriving in MG showrooms in late March and is supported by a 7-year/80,000 miles warranty, an extensive UK dealer network as well as MG Assistance.
