According to new data from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), the Ford Ranger leads in pickup sales and ranks eighth among all light commercial vehicles in the UK market for the first three months of the year, with 3,279 units sold. This detail matters because it highlights the Ranger’s strong performance even as overall light commercial vehicle sales in the UK fell by 3.4% last month to 49,505 units—the lowest March figure since 2023.In practice, this means the Ranger has bucked broader trends.
