Mercedes-AMG unveils the interior of the next GT Coupé4, making its ambition clear: to transform performance from a measurable parameter to a fully perceivable sensation. Even when stationary, the interior communicates its objective: to offer an authentically AMG driving experience, where pleasure and control merge. The design elements, the low driving position and the ergonomics of the controls are designed to immediately evoke the dynamics of the vehicle. The low seat, perfectly integrated into the architecture of the car, recalls the typical sensations of the two-door AMG GT, while the control philosophy favors immediate and intuitive control of all the functions relevant to driving. In this way the attention remains focused on dynamics, with every element, from materials to tactile surfaces, aimed at supporting the direct human-machine relationship without distractions. AMG RACE ENGINEER At the center of the dashboard stand out the three rotary controls of the AMG RACE ENGINEER Control Unit, designed to offer instant access to the car’s “nervous system”: Response Control, Agility Control and Traction Control. Together, they allow you to intervene on engine response, agility around the vertical axis and slip management on nine levels. Geared towards the driver and featuring tactile feedback, these controls make driving dynamics precisely adjustable to suit style and conditions.
