At the 2026 TOSFED Gala Night organized by the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation at Zorlu PSM, the athletes who won the championship and the athletes who successfully represented their countries abroad received their awards in front of a large crowd of guests.
Texaco Team AMS, which competed with a total of 8 athletes in 3 different championships, namely the Turkish Track Championship, TCR Italy and TCR European Endurance in the 2026 Season and represented our country abroad, has completed a very successful season.
Texaco Team AMS, following the Turkish Track Championship with its four athletes: Zekai Özen, Umut Göktaş, Orçun İnce and Kaan Marangoz, won the Teams Championship in the Turkish Track Championship by a clear margin, just like last year. At the same time, the team won the pilots’ championship with Zekai Özen in the Maxi group and Orçun İnce in the Super group, thus achieving a difficult success by winning all the championships in TPŞ.
The team, which represented our country abroad with great success as it did last year, competed with Zekai Özen and Seda Kaçan in TCR Italy, and with Sinan Çiftçi, İbrahim Okyay, Berk Kalpaklıoğlu and Umut Göktaş in TCR European Endurance. As a result of the successful results and many podium places, Sinan Çiftçi and İbrahim Okyay won the Championship in the Pilots class in TCR European Endurance, while young athlete Berk Kalpaklıoğlu also won the Junior Trophy and collected important points, thus Texaco Team AMS finished the season in second place in the teams championship.
President Eren Üçlertoprağı, who made the opening speech at the TOSFED gala night, congratulated all the athletes, and at the end, the successful athletes went on stage and received their awards. Texaco Team AMS was one of the teams that won the most trophies during the night with 3 championships.
