The last authorized service meeting of 2025, hosted by MAN Truck and Bus Trade Inc., was held in Antalya. In the two-day meetings, evaluations for 2025 as well as targets and expectations for 2026 were shared.
“2025 has been a controlled adaptation process for the sector”
MAN Truck and Bus Trade Inc. General Manager Tuncay Bekiroğlu made the following evaluations regarding the general outlook of the sector and market conditions:
“The year 2025 passed with a cautious but controlled adaptation process in which financial balances were re-established. High interest rates and tight credit conditions caused especially SME-sized fleets to postpone their purchasing decisions. In general, the year was a transition period focused on sustainable growth and efficiency. We think that the improvements in interest policies and investment environment will determine the direction of the sector starting from the second quarter of next year.
In addition, we continue to make a difference thanks to our investments in after-sales services, customer-oriented strategies and strong business partnerships. We congratulate all our authorized services who received awards at this meeting; I would like to emphasize that we will continue to work together for the better in the coming year. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the new year of our employees, services, stakeholders and customers and wish them a year full of health and success.”
“We exceeded our targets in 2025”
MAN Truck and Bus Trade Inc. Customer Services Director Aydın Yumrukçal stated that they had a successful year in after-sales operations and said:
“2025 was a year in which our campaigns and service-oriented solutions found a strong response from our customers. We significantly increased our operational volume with the impact of our maintenance packages, spare parts solutions and service loyalty programs.
We exceeded our targets in all of our main performance indicators, especially customer satisfaction. Our investments in education and digitalization contributed greatly to this success. We have achieved a faster and more flexible structure thanks to the digitalization and process improvement steps we have implemented not only at our own service points but also throughout our service network. With this momentum we have gained, we are entering the new year with high motivation. “We aim to take this success even further with the new branches and support points we will open in 2026, and to demonstrate a performance above expectations in the coming year.”
