Mladá Boleslav, 12 February 2026 – Škoda is transforming the in-car experience for its all-electric Enyaq and Elroq models with a significant infotainment update, bringing entertainment, seamless streaming, and intelligent safety alerts to drivers and passengers alike. Vehicles equipped with software 4.0 and higher now feature the AirConsole gaming platform, Škoda Play video service, native Spotify integration, AI-powered route planning via MyŠkoda, and the Traffication Emergency Vehicle Approaching alert. All infotainment features are part of the Media Streaming Package, free for the first three years in new vehicles.
Interactive Entertainment with AirConsole
AirConsole, developed by Swiss company N Dream, brings 15 engaging games to Škoda vehicles, including a Škoda-exclusive version of Tetris®. The system turns the vehicle’s infotainment display into a gaming screen during parking breaks, with smartphones serving as controllers. Both single-player and multiplayer modes are supported, with full integration into the car’s audio system for immersive gameplay. Additional games will be added over time. To access AirConsole, drivers need a Škoda ID, an active MyŠkoda account, and a smartphone with internet connectivity.
Personalised Video Content via Škoda Play
Škoda Play offers tailored video content from leading news and educational platforms, including Euronews, NASA+, CNN, Reuters, and Bloomberg. Developed using the 3Ready Automotive solution from 3SS, the service adapts content to user preferences and the specific vehicle. Playback is available exclusively when the car is stationary, providing passengers with informative and engaging content during charging stops.
Seamless Music and Podcast Streaming with Spotify
Spotify is now fully integrated into Škoda’s infotainment system. Drivers and passengers can log in with existing accounts and stream music and podcasts directly through the vehicle’s data connection, eliminating the need for a paired smartphone. All media-streaming applications are pre-installed, allowing instant access to content once signed in.

Enhanced Safety with Traffication Alerts
The Traffication application now includes an Emergency Vehicle Approaching alert, developed with HAAS Alert and its Safety Cloud® platform. Emergency vehicles transmit real-time position and direction data, which Škoda’s backend processes to provide clear on-screen notifications, distance markers, and animated guidance for forming an emergency corridor. The feature is active in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, with the Czech police joining next, and Škoda vehicles will be the first to support it in Belgium.
AI-Powered Route Planning in MyŠkoda
The MyŠkoda app now offers enhanced AI-supported route planning. Drivers can configure routes with greater precision, choosing charging stops near specific locations, limiting charging to Powerpass stations, or setting a minimum battery level upon arrival. These updates provide more flexibility for long-distance trips, ensuring a smoother and more convenient EV experience.
With these updates, Škoda strengthens its commitment to providing a connected, entertaining, and safe driving experience, transforming every journey into an opportunity for enjoyment, information, and reassurance. More details are available on the Škoda Storyboard.
