Red Bull, the launch of the livery is approaching. Less than two weeks are left until the official start of the Formula 1 season, with the first shakedown at Montmeló, and the anticipation among fans is very high. There will be many new features: the entire philosophy of the cars will change, and so will the power units and tires, while the drivers will have to adapt to new driving styles. There will be a new team, Cadillac, a huge name that will debut on the track, like Audi, and the return of Ford. The Americans collaborated with Red Bull Powertrains to create the first power unit produced in Milton Keynes. And it was precisely this synergy that inspired the teaser for the launch of the livery, which will be made official on Thursday 16 January at an event in Detroit where FormulaPassion will also be present. As can be seen from Red Bull’s social post, the date of the event (which concerns only the presentation of the livery, while the car will take to the track directly in tests) follows the “USA style”, with the month before the day, and that of Ford, with white writing on a blue background. In 48 hours we will find out if the involvement of the American giant will also concern the livery of the cars. Ford will make its official return to the Circus after more than 20 years by supporting Red Bull Powertrains in the development of the power unit, with direct involvement especially in the areas related to electrification, batteries and software, central elements of the new regulations.
