First outing Today’s morning of roaring engines in Imola. In fact, Racing Bulls took to the track on the Santerno circuit, carrying out the shakedown of the VCARB03. The Italian team chose a rainy day to get the new car moving its first meters, which was brought to the track by rookie Arivd Lindblad and his teammate Liam Lawson. The shakedown includes a maximum of 15 km of activity, therefore essentially three laps of the track named after Enzo and Dino Ferrari. The new car was ‘christened’ by Lawson, who completed a first lap before handing the car over to Lindblad. The rookie, however, had an unidentified problem, ending up off the track at ‘Villeneuve’ and forcing a tow truck to recover the car and bring it back to the pits, where the mechanics then carried out the usual repairs. Filming day is scheduled for tomorrow, again in Imola. On this occasion Lindblad and Lawson will be able to jointly complete a maximum of 200 kilometers – approximately 40 laps – in which commercial filming will be carried out for the team’s various sponsors.
